Abstract guidelines

Submission requirements

  • Word limit: 250 words
  • Structure: Abstracts should be written as a single plain paragraph with no headings or subheadings, describing Aims, Methods, Results, and Conclusions — in that order — followed by 2–4 keywords.
  • Authors: All contributors should be listed in the correct order with complete and accurate affiliations.
  • Presentation format: Only selected abstracts will be invited for oral presentations; all others will be considered for poster presentation.
  • Judging: Oral and poster presentations will be judged and prizes awarded within each scientific group.
