How to register, payment details, and fee structure

Important Information for Registered Participants

All registered participants are eligible to attend the conference and present their posters.

Selection will be conducted only for oral presentations. Authors whose abstracts are selected for oral presentation will be notified separately.

Confirmation emails for registered participants will be sent during the first week of August.

How to register

Three simple steps

  1. Fill in the registration form (Google Form link on this page)
  2. Make payment via bank transfer or QR code
  3. Upload your payment screenshot in the form
  4. You will receive a confirmation once your registration is verified

Cancellation by Participant

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to cns.ictn2026@gmail.com.
  • Cancellations received on or before 15 August 2026: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
  • Cancellations received after 15 August 2026: No refund will be issued.
  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conclusion of the conference.

Cancellation by the Organising Committee

  • In the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of the organising committee, all registered participants will be notified at the earliest opportunity and a full refund of the registration fee will be processed within 30 days.
  • The organising committee will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by participants, including travel, accommodation, or visa expenses.

Visa Rejection

Participants who are unable to attend due to visa rejection may apply for a refund by submitting written proof of rejection to cns.ictn2026@gmail.com. Requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
