Separate registration is required for each category you wish to participate in.

E-certificates will be provided to all participants.

General instructions

Submission guidelines for all categories

All entries may be submitted in English or Malayalam.
Soft copy submission is mandatory for all categories through the registration form.
Hard copy/original submission should be made only when notified by the organizers.
All submitted works must be original and should not infringe copyright.
Entries should strictly follow the competition themes.

Soft copy submission through the registration form is compulsory for all categories. Original entries should be safely preserved until the organizers request physical submission.

Rules by entry type

Short Videos

Submit a high-quality soft copy through the registration form.
Videos should be in clear HD quality suitable for display on social media platforms.
If the video is in Malayalam, English subtitles can be given if possible.
Ensure clear audio and proper lighting.
Maximum duration: 2 minutes.
Maximum file size: 500 MB.
Original source files should be retained until the competition concludes.

Reels

Submit a high-quality soft copy through the registration form.
Reels should be in clear HD quality suitable for display on all social media platforms.
If the content is in Malayalam, English subtitles can be given if possible.
Ensure clear audio and proper lighting.
Maximum duration: 1 minute.
Maximum file size: 500 MB.
Original source files should be retained until the competition concludes.

Still Models

Upload clear, high-resolution photographs of the model through the registration form.
The original model should be preserved.
Participants will be informed later regarding submission/display of the physical model.

Posters

Posters must be designed in A2 size.
Posters must be printed on cloth/fabric material only.
Upload a PDF or high-resolution image of the poster through the registration form.
The printed poster must also be submitted to the event venue after notification, via direct submission, registered post, speed post, or courier.

Paintings

Paintings may be prepared on standard chart paper.
Upload a high-resolution scanned copy or photograph through the registration form.
The original painting should be preserved.
Hard copy submission will be required later when instructed by the organizers.
